Health Tips

1. Sleep early. Do not go sleep beyond 12am for children ages 18 and below
2. Eat well. Do not go on a diet that involves no food because that's BS!
3. When you eat, eat your fruits first. Because that's the correct way, go find out why yourself.
4. After eating fruits, then you eat your main meal. The fruits will detoxify or smth, and allow u to eat better.
5. Don't use the computer for more than 5 hours at one go. The radiation will hurt you or smth.
6. Wake up early. Sleeping in too late isn't err.. ok i don't know the reason.
7. Take up one form of sport. Yoga or Pilates or blablabla.. it would enhance your blablabla.

Don't ask why i blogged this stuff. Fine, since you are so cute and chubby and pretty and erm.. heaven knows what, i'll tell you. It's because i have to accomplish all these.. I'm still sick after 4 visits to the doctor, BUT IM BETTER NOW! (:
